Discord

When you submit our contact form, your submission is delivered to us as a private message through Discord, which we use for internal notifications. Discord processes the content of your submission in order to deliver it to us. Discord’s practices are governed by the Discord Privacy Policy.

We retain the personal information you submit through our contact form for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected: typically for the duration of any business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes.

If you become a client, we retain project-related information for the duration of the engagement and for up to seven (7) years following project completion to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

If no engagement results from your inquiry, we will retain your contact information for no longer than two (2) years, after which it will be deleted from our records.
